EFT & ManifestingEFT & Manifesting EFT, emotional freedom techniques, is a relatively new discovery that has offered thousands of people relief from disease, chronic pain and emotional issues in their lives. Some consider EFT to be the emotional acupuncture, but sticking needles into the skin is not required. This method is used without the aid of foreign objects.
You might wonder, can EFT be used to manifest externally to bring what you want into your life? The answers to this is question is yes, maybe and no. EFT can bring about changes in outside circumstances, but only if the person using this technique is ready to manifest what is being asked for. When a individual is emotionally ready to allow something come into their life, EFT can be a very effective method to manifest their desire. But someone may be unable to use EFT to manifest something they think they want because of unconscious blockages within themselves and the EFT statement. One of the most powerful methods of using EFT to manifest is to use the EFT statements in the present tense as if you already have what you are trying to manifest. "I thank the conscious universe for the new guitar I have." This affirms to the universe that it is yours. Yes, we are using a guitar as an example. "I ask the universe to bring me a guitar" is not as committed as the last statement. You might even get that guitar, but it might take longer. It is a weaker link that is trying to be emotionally established through the Law of Attraction using EFT. External manifestations work best when declaring something is already yours. Once you have thanked the universe for your guitar, use EFT to be very descriptive with as much detail about the guitar as you can provide. Is it an acoustic guitar, or electric? Describe the make of it, the color of it, etc. Thanking the universe for a guitar that specific is to know within yourself that the universe will certainly manifest for you. Some of the blocks we have in our way that stop us from manifesting using EFT are internal blocks we carry with us. Do we deserve the guitar? Do we fully believe the universe will provide us with a guitar? Will the universe even hear me? Self doubt, negative feelings and lack of faith are the roots to our blocks using EFT to bring our external desires to us. It is these types of blocks that are stopping us from manifesting what we want. Have faith that the Law of Attraction is alive and working in you. The guitar was obviously used as an example. Don't question how that guitar you are manifesting will show up, just know that it will. Leave it up to the universe to figure out how it will come to you, then let it go and get on with your life. The guitar is on it's way to you one way, or another. EFT methods can be very powerful to manifest what we desire when we fully realize it works. If it works for others, then it can work for you. Clearing those blocks of doubt will allow you to use EFT to manifest anything you truly want in your life. Stand on your faith of conviction and do not waver.
